What you provide: ~50 of your own photos (30 works, 50+ gives the best consistency) + a short usage brief — what you want to communicate, where you post, and in what tone.

What you provide: the product or collection (photos, references) + the campaign goal. The rest is my job. You can switch to a retainer anytime, even later.

What everyone asks,
before saying yes.

Why can't I just do this with Gemini/ChatGPT?

What I bring: a custom AI likeness trained on you — consistent face and character even half a year later —, process expertise (composition, light, context), ready-to-deploy quality, and time savings measured in days. What AI alone can't provide: the director's taste and the decisions I make on your behalf.

How many photos do I need to get started?

30–50 photos are needed — the AI learns your character from these. A one-off investment: after that, any scene, environment, or look can be generated.

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes — there's a concept phase built in to every package, so you see the direction we're heading. If we pivot here, it's still fast and flexible. And there are 2 revision rounds on the main material, so we can refine the final result together.

What if I don't like it at the end?

2 revision rounds are included. If something still doesn't feel right after that, we can add an extra revision round. In practice, this is rare — because the concept and storyboard phases clarify exactly what we want.

Is this legal? What about image rights?

Yes. Your AI likeness is created from your own photos — you're the rights holder of your image. A separate image-usage consent form is signed alongside the contract. You get full usage rights to the generated content. The contract binds me too: I won't create or share anything with your AI likeness outside your commissioned work — your character stays in the studio, only you have access.

What AI tools do you use?

A combination of the best AI tools on the market — a custom workflow with your AI likeness, plus leading external providers for specific tasks (e.g. character lipsync, longer video, real studio-grade render). I don't rely on a single tool — I always pick the one that delivers the highest quality for the given task. GDPR-compliant partners ensure the appropriate data-protection basis. Your custom AI likeness holds the whole pipeline together: consistent character across every asset, every platform.

How long do I own the finished material?

In 2026, perpetual usage rights come with every base package. This may change to a license model in the future (3 years / 5 years / perpetual, priced separately) — but for current clients, the terms at contract-time stay in effect.

What does it actually cost?

You see the starting prices above. For a specific project, I put together a custom quote based on the brief. On the 60-minute discovery call we clarify scope, and within a few business days I send the concept, timeline and price.

Can I cancel the monthly retainer?

Yes, cancellable monthly. The recommended trial period is 3 months — because a campaign takes about that long to properly run its course, and then you see the real results.

Who works on the project?

Me — Kovács Krajcsovics Balázs. Currently a solo studio, not a subcontractor arrangement: every image, video and step of the process comes from my own hands. Whoever you talk to on the call is who does the work.

How long does the custom AI character (AI influencer) build take?

Same pace as the brand persona build — ≤ 7 business days to first delivery. With revision rounds, +5–15 business days. If it's tied to a campaign, complemented with a storyboard phase.
